Refund and Returns Policy

As we earnestly strive to serve you in excellence and perfection, we recognize that we are human and so are you. We take great care to ensure that our products are delivered to you in excellent condition but if something goes wrong; we take responsibility. Kindly take the following steps as appropriate to help us assist you promptly.

OVERVIEW:

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 DAYS. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

ALL INSTALLED AND USED PARTS ARE EXEMPT FROM BEING RETURNED. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS:

All eligible and approved refunds will be settled back to your original payment method used at the time of purchase

WRONG ITEM OR DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED RETURNS:


1. If you do not receive the exact correct item you ordered or the item arrived damaged, kindly contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS and we will process your return and exchange for FREE.

2. If you wish to get a refund instead of an exchange, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days

EXCHANGE

For an exchange for the correct part, additional shipping charges may be required. Additional product charges may be required and a 25% Restocking Fees will be applicable
